OCD Philippines: Director of Vocation OCD VOCATION MINISTRY WORKING VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT We the OCD Vocation Ministry Team, envision to be life givers to young people searching for their Vocation in life through the witnessing of our Teresian Carmelite way of life. We therefore, endeavor to: (1) promote and foster quality Teresian Carmelite vocations: (2) awaken affirm and guide young people in search of their vocation; (3) recruit promising quality aspirants; and (4) form, accompany and empower determined candidates to the Postulancy Formation Programs for the Discalced Carmelite Friars in the service of the church in Philippines and Asia.
